The reason for infinite loading is because game first loads its own textures then replace all of them with mod textures and low end pc cant handle it so the only way to fix this is to make game textures be mod textures if u get what im saying so i used the process of this mod (the inject ULRT files into game original texture files (ba2 files) and it fixed it, so you can do the same or i uploaded my ba2 texture files all DLC included here.
